Exchange, Refund, and Return Policy
Exchange Policy: To request a product exchange, certain conditions must be met. If there is a manufacturing fault, an incorrect item provided by the company, an incorrect size, or any issue not attributable to you, we will take responsibility and arrange for a replacement to be delivered. However, exchanges prompted solely by a change of mind, without a valid reason, will not be accepted. For valid exchange requests, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping and exchange charges, as well as any additional product costs (if applicable).
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances: if the product is damaged during delivery, if there is a product fault, or if you have not received the item within 30 days of advance payment. To initiate a refund, the product must first be received at our warehouse. Once we receive the items in a fresh, unused, and new condition, you can expect the refund to be processed within 5-7 business days.
Return Policy: Due to health and safety considerations, not all items are eligible for returns. Specific items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but only under certain conditions. You are eligible for a return if the item is unused, with the safety seal intact, undamaged, fresh, unworn, and in its original packaging. However, items that have been used, worn, with broken seals, damaged, opened, topical solutions, therapies (hot and cold), and customized orders are not eligible for return.
