Acceptance

Every customer order is subject to approval by Daily Needs BD and its sales representatives. Any terms and conditions contained within the customer’s order that conflict with or deviate from Daily Needs BD’s terms of service will only be binding upon Daily Needs BD if they are explicitly agreed to in writing or signed by Daily Needs BD.

Payment and Deliveries

All payments must be rendered in either BDT or USD and can be processed through the available payment gateways, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal, via our payment partner. The customer is responsible for any associated charges, such as VAT, tax, SD, and payment gateway fees. Please be aware that due to manufacturer pricing and product availability, both pricing and stock may fluctuate. Daily Needs BD reserves the right to modify these aspects without prior notice.

Upon confirmation, our delivery processes will commence as promptly as possible. If your order value falls below BDT 1000, you are responsible for covering the shipping charges. However, in most cases, you qualify for free shipping if your order value exceeds BDT 1000. Deliveries within the Dhaka region generally take 3-5 business days, while deliveries outside Dhaka may require up to 7 business days for successful completion. It’s important to note that, on occasion, unforeseen courier challenges may result in delivery times extending beyond the estimated duration.

Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Daily Needs BD be held liable for extraordinary, indirect, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from any cause, including but not limited to, damages resulting from the unavailability, defect, or incorrect shipment of products, even if the provider has been previously informed of the possibility of such damages, claims, or demands.
